Why Panorama?

April 3, 2008 03:44

I get asked by a few people, what sets Panorama apart?

The basic answer is Position, but that really needs some elaboration!

Ski-in and out access.
From the ski valet door at the rear of Panorama you have a slight downhill glide to the high speed Gondola; you will be most of the way up the hill while those unfortunates in the lower part of the village all queue at the much slower family double chair (and then they still need to catch the Ace quad!). The pressure on the family chair is going to be significant with up to 700 people from 3 new developments plus the usual huge school groups all trying to get up the hill. On a powder day I do NOT want to queue, and I bet you don’t either. If your kids are in skischool there is also a new chair at our back door!

Premium Fitout
We’ll soon be releasing the fitout schedules to our buyers. A simple and over-used word describes it. Luxury. While other developments in the village use cheaper Chinese knockoff furniture and cabinetry we are using the real deal. Poliform from Italy is supplying the cabinetry and furniture. Take a few hours and visit a Poliform showroom in your area, you will like what you see. Of course the bathrooms and the rest of the apartment is getting a superior treatment as well. Panorama is the best located development in the village, and we are making sure that those with an eye for the best are taken care of.

Premium tenants and superior common areas
While other developments have simple concrete foyers and plain common areas we are the first to really strive for a 6 star hotel feel. From the concierge desk, to the ski valet and down to the 25 meter lap pool everything gets the premium touch. In a few weeks we’ll be releasing 3D renderings of the exterior and the foyer areas. We’ll also soon be announcing who will be taking up the restaurant space, suffice to say that our restaurateurs are experienced in high end food, and they will be offering room service!

Budget!
I started this project with one objective; build something that I want to stay in. I have been going to Hirafu for a few years and whilst the ski experience as a whole was fantastic, the accommodation could definitely be improved. So I decided to build Panorama. Personally, I want the best position and the best fitout, and that is what you and I will get from Panorama. Whilst we do have a budget, it is generous – the build alone for Panorama is 50% higher than anything being built in Hirafu now, and that is going to translate into a great investment for you!

The Views!

April 3, 2008 03:31

Sunday the 16th was a beautiful day in Hirafu, and a spectacular day to take in the views from the Panorama site. We hired a cherry picker and Randy from hotshots took a few photos from several postions accross the front of the site.

As you can see if you buy a Panorama Apartment you will not be disappointed! Below is a Panoramic photo montage of some photos taken from what will be about the 5th floor of Panorama, all apartments accross the front of the building will have uninterupted views of Yotei, and those at the back will have great views up the hill which is floodlit at night. Even the views from the 2nd floor are uninterupted.

Do not delay - there are only a few apartments left.

your investment

Hokkaido is Japan's largest prefecture at 83,000 square kilometres yet represents only 5% of the national population.

The Niseko-Rusutsu region's population of 30,000 swells dramatically over the course of each year by a massive 1.5 million, mainly domestic visitors. However in recent years there has been a massive increase in international arrivals - especially premium demographic visitors from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. New direct flights from Hong Kong and China should see these visitor numbers increase further.

On average, international travelers stay 8 to 10 nights with the majority booking a package including accommodation: self-contained apartments are highly sought after.
